This place was very clean and fresh. Teens seem to really enjoy skating outside.

The rec. centers here make doing the simplest tasks so absurdly annoying. Got a background check done at Marty Robbins Rec. Center so I could coach and was told that IDs weren't made there, so to go to the northeast location. After calling around, I was able to end up getting it made at the Carolina location but had to pay an extra $5 because I didn't bring the paper copy (I was never told to bring it). Management needs to focus on improving communication across centers and ensuring staff are knowledgeable about the information they give.

Nice small park but it needs updates. Like a cross walk at the beginning of the park next to lunch box and cross walks with flashers so vehicle stop for pedestrian. Like the new one in front of bell air high school also a pad that isn't so close to the street because vehicles speed and sometimes en on the walkway.
